What do i need 2 get a restaining order?
What do I need to have to get a restraining order? My ex-boyfriend keeps calling me and circulating my block 2 see if i'm home...he never gets outside of his car but he freaks me out is that enough to get a restraining order?

I think that he has to pose some sort of danger to you... but if you claim that he is harrassing you, which it sounds like he is, that could be enough.
go try to get one and find out...
goto a judge and file a plea for one exlain whats going on and then u can get one i have one for my step dad but thats because he beat me
In Pennsylvania, there must be 1. Physical violence, or 2. Threats of physical violence, either/both must have happened within the last 30 days.
You can contact your local Domestic Violence center and ask them if your situation would qualify.

In california I suspect so
and as I remember a domestic restraining order is free
go to the court house and ask where you fill in the form
they will guide you from there
