What are the driving laws in the state of washington for people younger than 18?

For people under 18-
are you allowed to drive alone?
with a friend?
with multiple friends?
long distance or out of state?

Answers:
Yeah - it is best to come to Texas or Florida where you can get a license soon as you can see above the dash ... yeah - 14 you can start driving and be fully licensed at 16 and out there running people over.

Then once you get your license - go back to Washington and get your license changed over up there.

Otherwise - they want the streets safer and they won't let you drive till you are mature enough (18) by yourself.

Such a law also keeps down the unmarried woman's pregnancy statistics ...

hope this helped some.

I believe under 18--you have to drive with an adult...you cannot ride with friends.
