If someone signs a contract without reading it.....?

will they have do do what the contract says.??

Answer:
Yes, unless the person signing is underage or mentally defective. Stupidity is not a reason to void a contract.

yes
You're kidding right? If you signed it, you are it.
well yeah you signed it. why sign a contract and not read it. thats not very smart
yes.
unless you come up with a REALLY good excuse.
Yes, so it's best to always read it. How is someone supposed to know whether or not you skimmed, read or didn't even know what color the paper was. Be careful.
YES...unless you can prove you are under 18 or a mental case.
You signed it, game over.
Yes - if it is a legal and binding contract - they will have to adhere to what the contract says.

It's the signer's responsibility to read the contract completely before signing anything.
Should have read the thing first . Legally more often than not yes
Yes unless they are to young legally to sign a contract.
Are you talking about the Native Americans at Manhattan Island a few years back, the Serves back in O'England, or the Undergraduate students when applying for a student loan?
When a contract is signed, it becomes a binding contract. Therefore it's wise to read any and all contracts before signing.
Yes. As long as their signature is on the contract, they have to abide by it.
ahh your kidding right.. thats the whole point of contract.
of course, by signing you are accepting EACH and EVERY condition/responsability/agree... that that specific contract stands for, other thing is that you are forced to do so in that case the contract is not valid
Yes. When you sign the contract your signature is a promise from you that you understand and agree to the terms of the contract. Don't let someone rush you to sign a contract. You cannot be forced to sign. For some very serious contracts where large amounts of money are concerned, people often hire a lawyer to examine the contract and change terms that are questionable.
yes, you are burdned with reading the documents that you signed and a court presumes that you agreed
Yes, unless there was special circumstances such as:

You were not legally able to sign (ie.. a minor)
You were mentally incompetent (ie.. crazy)
You were forced to sign (ie.. gun to the head)
Contract is invalid due to being illegal (ie... you can't sign yourself into slavery)

Basically if you were just stupid and didn't read it then yes you are bound to the terms.
The only way you would be able to not do what it says is if you were somehow forced or coerced (literally, a gun to your head or something similar), or there was fraud involved. Some contracts are null and void if they are illegal or contain illegal terms or conditions, but that's hard to show most of the time. But even if you could argue for any of those things, it's just stupid to sign something you haven't read. Ever.
Yes. The signature is an acknowledgement that you have read the contract.

If one choses not to read it, that's their problem.
Yes, just because someone is to ignorant or stupid to sign something without reading it doesn't negate thier responsibility to abide by the terms of the contract.
