A police officer has arrested a suspect and produced evidence of wrongdoing.
List 3 questions you would ask the officer to determine whether the freedom and security of the suspect have been violated.

2) What was the primary reasoning for arresting the individual?
3) Under what jurisdiction does the crime take place?

2.if he had a warrant
3.and if the officer was in his restriction boundaries to arrest the suspect
The Miranda rights can be ignored, but it should be read, so ask first if there is probable cause (that falls on federal since jurisdiction has nothing to do with arrest, which also can be ignored as well, thanks to home land security!) and then see if the rights were asked.
Also check for substantial proof or evidence, witness.
As long as the person arrested did not give out any information, lawyer up and see about holding out for information pertaining to the arrest. Then ask for the report that would show the basis for the arrest.
