What kinda lawyer do I need?

I would like to make a civil lawsuit against my x husband for pain and suffering and loss of wages. What type of attorney do I need and does anyone know a good lawyer in St Louis MO??

Answers:
You need a lawyer that concentrates in civil law.

I think I just answered your other question. A plaintiff's personal injury lawyer is who you want. If your ex has no assets, they won't take the case though.
You need a pitbull-type lawyer specializing in divorce law.
