Does anyone know how long it takes to obtain personal medical records in Texas after request?
I am going to request medical records from a clinic here in Texas. Does anyone know if there is a rule on how long it takes to obtain records or if there is a way online to obtain my personal record? I need these records ASAP!

if they are in driving distance call them ad tell them you need to come by and pick up, if not ask them to fax email
you could also pay $20.00 and call courier to have it picked up and brought to you
there is not set amount of time.they can take their time.the best way is to get a court order and that will help you get the records a great deal faster
