Need a supreme court case that states any law enforcement officer can identify themselves as police.?

Almost done, I need a reference to a court case, federal, that allows federal officers, state officers not municipal police, who the court said may identify themselves as police or police officers. This is because police is a generic term for law enforcement.

Answers:
They don't have to anymore.. it's in some law of Bushes. Most of them shout.. (err they shout on tv) but they can raid your house and don't even have to tell you for 18 months.
