Mr Howard country families are disadvantaged when attending city uni due to cost of leavinghome ¬ getAustud?

Country children leave home to go to city unis BUT are still considered at home for purpose of Austudy. Parents are out of pocket for travel, living, & food, unless we state that we have kicked them out City kids can stay @ home which decreases parental cost,my kids will have to defer for @least a yr to earn money to b independent despite most unis r 4 to 5 hrs from our town! NOT FAIR
