Since Executive privilege isn't in the US constitution why is it even legal & why is it so hard to overrule?

Answers:
Ultimately it's up to the courts to determine whether any specific claim of privilege is to be upheld or overruled. The U.S. Supreme Court would be the court in which a case relating to a claim would most likely be resolved.

Because every president has enjoyed executive privilege, it only comes into question when Republicans are in office, and its the liberals that do the screaming.
