Why there is not one country in the world is willing to recognize Jerusalem as the new capital of Israel?
Is it due to the Israeli Military occupation "illegal"
Or Jerusalem is a holy city for all not only the Jews

Nobody wants to see the religious war that would erupt. Jerusalem is holy to several religions make it the Capital for only Israel/Jewish faith you are saying I want a war.
Jerusalem is the holiest city for the Jews; and only third for the Islam religion
Mecca is the holiest to the Muslims
Medina is second (which was originally settled by Jews)
and then comes Jerusalem

It is because Arabs have more MONEY.
Because of the Islamic claim to Jerusalem. They already want Israel destroyed, and to have the Israelis take it over as their capital would make things worse. I myself think it should be, and since the Muslims have Mecca as their holiest site it shouldn't be a big deal. But it is. Christians claim Jerusalem as a holy site, but it has been centuries since they have tried to claim it. Most are okay with it being in Israeli hands, as long as Christians are able to visit the holy sites.
The really big touchpoint here is the Dome of the Rock. Muslims claim it as one of their most holy sites, yet it is built on the ruins of the ancient temple of Israel. Any move toward it, even simply for archeology's sake, is seen as a threat by Muslims.
Because of its radicalized islamic control. Look at the temple mount, Why is there a mosque in place and not a Jewish or Christian temple. Better yet, why not all three? Like a thief in the night.
