Is the CIA a terrorist faction?
They seem to act in such a way - even native americans fear them as they strike without warning or even permission.
In africa and eastern europe they have secret pristons outside of UN human rights act, where they send innocent people to confess to crimes of terrorism that they never commited so that they can have scape goats.
Even ex agents of the CIA are forbbiden to speak of them or give negative opinions...hmm land of free speech eh?

I dont know what you are insinuating. anyway even if he does have something to hide, they shouldn't be allowed to snoop around in peoples business.
The CIA and NSA , are most certainly nasty pieces of work and defile the UN chatre, care nothing for human life or peace...so yes id call them terrorists.
You can't defend them just because they are terrorist who are on your side :P

In a very loose sense of the statement, yes. But I am personally grateful for the CIA, FBI, and any other law enforcement agency that helps keep us safe.
The CIA and MI6 openly admit they are responsible for the mass majority of terrorist acts throughout the world in the past 50yrs. They know Americans don't spend any time thinking about this (we're too busy with the latest video game, or reading about Paris Hilton), so why should they stop? It's a game for them, and they earn a lot of money doing it.

In case you haven't figured it out... AmeriKa is the BIGGEST TERRORIST COUNTRY in the World. AmeriKa has an over 200 year history of terrorism, from the British, to the French to the Mexicans... it's been a constant war between AmeriKa and the rest of the world.

You need to stop blindly believing everything you see on TV and take a look at the bigger picture.
Think about WHY the CIA does such things and you might be able to enlighten yourself without the help of others.

If ex agents gave information to other organisations about intelligence levels of the agency and other critical affairs, they would be severely disadvantaged both in terms of defence and intel collection.
This is not about whether all people can have 'free speech' or not, its whether certain people who choose to work at intelligence agencies where they are responsible for holding information that could determine the fate of millions of people DO NOT have free speech (within these limits).
