Depends on your previous record.
But if that's clear it probably won't be more than a few thousand max. Then again, coming in on your own could get you a signature bond (no $)
Unfortunately no one can give you a real answer. Depends on your record and the judge.
I don't think you will have to make bond. Bond is an amount of money you post or deposit as an assurance to promise that if you are put in jail and let out, you will come back and appear for your court date. Go take care of the charges and they should dismiss the warrant and the criminal charges and then there won't be any bond, or any jail to bond out of.
If you had to post bond, bond would be set by a magistrate. You can either post the bond (say $500) in cash, or pay a bondsman. If you go to a bondsman, you pay him 10% in cash ($50) and then give him something worth at least the rest ($450). He then posts the bond of $500 to get you out.
When your court date comes up, show up and the bond is refunded. If it was a cash bond, you get your $500 back. If you used a bondsman, he gets the $500 back and the $50 bucks you gave him up front is the fee he keeps for taking the risk that you might skip town (in which case he could sell whatever you gave him to recoup his $450 and work w/ the cops to find you). Hope that helps.
