Self Defence...?
I'm 13 years old and theres this guy thats 50+ whos my moms ex. he called me a few days ago and asked me to go get some coffee with him and i thot that sumthing was suspicious so i said no, and now he calls me like everyday but i never pick up. lets say he decided to stalk me and one day i would be walking home and he grabbed me and told me that if i didnt follow him he would harm/kill me. i have a pocket knife on me and i pulled it out to stab him, and after he was down but not dead id call the police and tell them to come(that or i called the police while the my cell was in my pocket or something and then they listened to what was happening) buht if they didnt hear it and i did stab him would i be charged with anything? or would it be self defence? like i wouldnt stab him anywher fatal unless he actually did touch me in private places or tried to do something to me, but i would most likely stab him in the stomach or in the nuts O_O lmao. pleasee help mee

This sounds scary. Have you told your mother about him? If not then you should tell her immediately! Do not deal with it alone, this man continues to call you everyday for no good reason. It is obvious there is no father/daughter relationship going on with you mother's already "ex".
Even if you feel that you could handle this situation, you have to remember that he is bigger and stronger than you. You dont know what this individual will do next but he scares you by his constant calling. Do not wait too long before anything terrible happens. I dont want to hear about another child being kidnapped on the news.
And no you will not be charged far assault if it is self defense. If he places one unwelcoming hand on you, you have the right to kick and scream and maime as much as possible.

First off, if you fear this person, the best thing to do would be to go to the police. They have stalking laws in most states, and they will do something - especially when the object of the stalking is a minor. DON'T try to handle things yourself. Most are killed when they have a weapon they intend to use to protect themselves. A weapon will only justify him using deadly force as well, and being able to say he was only defending himself against you. I think that will turn around and bite you in the @$$.
Go to the cops, and tell your mom, too. Let them all know that you fear this guy, and that he is calling you all the time, and what he says during the calls. Let them know that you fear being out in public, and that you are afraid that he will try to kidnap you or something worse. They will take action.

You better tell the whole story to your mom and let the police have a talk with him about stalking a minor.
As for the knife that's tricky, I know of a few persons that have gone to jail even when they say it was self deffence. You can say it was self deffence BUT that doesn't mean they are going to believe you. Even if you record everything they still can twist it and say that there was no need to stabb him, then the recording will be used against you.
Besides stabbing someone is not as easy as it seems and stabbing someone with pocket knife doesnt necesarily mean he will "fall down" he might be wounded but he can still kill you; let's say you pull the knife and he grab your 13 year old arm, he can take the knife and stab you, or he can just pull his gun before you can do anythin and he will go free after claiming you stabbed him first.
Besided trust me, I have faught a few times with armed and unarmed criminals and it's not as easy as it looks in the movies, I was lucky to come out alive.
So tell your mother and the police, file harassment charges if he keeps calling. Avoid any trouble.
well im 15 and if aman ever did that to me id confront him with ur mom and another adult male and talk to him about it and call the cops and give them his name and such.. but if it was me i bet im strong enuf to over power a 50+ so i wud like to see him evben try and grab me id have his as.s down on the ground so fast.. but back to u my advice is just confront him with ur mom and another adult male or if all else fails call the police and tell them everything u know about him
