Lawyers never return my phone calls. What should I do?

I am currenty looking for a lawyer but it seems like they don't want to help me.

Don't explain your problem in too much detail over the phone. Find one that you can set up an appointment for a free consultation and then present your "case".

sue them!... oh wait- that's right you can't get a lawyer
If you are thinking about suing someone, maybe your case isn't as strong as you think it is. Many plaintiff attorneys take cases on contingency. Thus, if they think your case is a loser, they have no incentive to ever take it.

Try searching for an attorney who bills by the hour instead.

Of course, if you are the defendent in the case, this is likely not the issue. Defense lawyers almost always bill by the hour.

Just keep calling more attorneys then. Getting yourself a GOOD attorney is also a pretty good idea. Check martindale-hubbel for an AV rated attorney.

Don't settle for anything less.
Sadie, invite them on Yahoo, that should get their attention. Jimmy.
