Can a juvenile detetntion center and a school district be affiliated with each other in TX?

These juveniles don't even attend school in the same school district where this detention center is.

Answers:
The detention center will usually have teachers who are considered to be part of the school district where the detention center is located. Sometimes, a detention center might be considered to be it's own school district. The center provides classes for the juveniles even if the juveniles are enrolled in a different district, or are not enrolled in school at all.

Only if it's in Houston. Just kidding.

I really don't know. I think they do it by county, but I'm not 100% sure.
