Patent question?
This is a machine i have created...i've applied a patent for it.
Now i cannot apply a patent which runs through out the world right?...its region specific
Now suppose i apply a patent of this thing in the US.so germany can use and manufacture this machine...right??(cause i've not applied a patent in germany)
Now can the german govt. apply a patent for it in germany for this same machine?

If you were the first to create it, then no one can apply for a patent for it in any country except you. If you get a patent in one country, it prevents anyone else from making and selling it in that country and any other country that recognizes that country's patents or has some sort of agreement with that country.
