When guys are arrested for statutory rape...what is done to the teenager that consented in the first place?

Answers:
Nothing.

The whole concept of statutory rape is that below a certain age, a minor is not legally competent to give consent.

But since there is no emotional trauma (because there was no force), there is no need for trauma counseling.

Nothing. The person is below the age of consent; therefore, he or she is unable to consent.
Whatever her parents do to her. Otherwise, nothing. If she is extremely young the parents may be prosecuted for Neglect.
Nothing, she is the victim. It is statutory rape as the youth is too young to give consent. This is an extremely difficult issue as parents and teens who commit statutory rape constantly use the argument that the girl consented. Boys, listen up, if she isn't old enough, she didn't consent, UNDERSTAND? That makes you a criminal and her a victim. It's the law.
