How can I get me children back?
My children where taken away from me and placed with my EX Husband by CPS I have 4 children out of the 4 children 2 of them is not his children! My children dont want to be with this man! My son has cryed that he wants to be with foster parents if he can't be with me! My son has also stated that his father had said he wants me in jail! I asked my son if he wan't counciling and then my daughter told me daddy says what goes on in his house stays in his house! I am very concern for my children this man has records for Agervated Batery on me in 2003, his daughter has been in jail for deadley missle throw in 2006 the family is violant. I have addressed these issues with DCF, My case Manager, My lawyer and the courts and nothing is done about it...What should I do?

The best thing you can do is comply exactly with that the court is asking you to do. There must have been some reason the children were taken from you. Whether you agree with it or not, you need to try to solve the problem. The children will not be returned until you are making sufficient progress on the treatment plan or service plan that DCF gives you.
You might also be really clear to your lawyer that you want him to state these things in court at the next hearing for the record. (Of course, your lawyer probably has a lot of experience in these cases, and might think that this would just end up making you look bad.)
Why were the children taken away from you? Sounds like your poor, unfortunate kids have two negligent parents. I just hope the authorities find good homes for them. If your story is true, why haven't you called the police to report your husband possibly infecting women. Did he also infect you with HIV?
since women get the kids 98% of the time, your not telling the whole storey did you break the law?
