Court tomorrow!?
:/ I'm 16 and got arrested for possession of cocaine in feb. in souther california. i actually asked a question about this a month or so ago but i had my first court date like 3 weeks ago. They tried to put me in this one thing where i can get it completely erased from my records but i think i messed up because i had to meet with this probation officer that wrote up a report but i was really nervous and didn't know what to say so i just spit out the truth about my drug history which started out early and doesn't look good at all! at court he told me i couldn't leave the house without a parent between 6pm and 6am which i find completely ridiculous and that my parents have to drive me to and from my night job ((i have 2 jobs)) which most of the time i don't get off till 10-11 and i feel really bad to have them do that because they have lives too. i feel really bad about what i have done and i have court tomorrow, what do you think will happen?

I think the judge will make you complete a drug treatment program of their choosing and place you on supervised probation.
Your parents have to drive you because you showed bad judgement and a complete disreguard for the law. If you want to start driving yourself again, do what the Judge says and dont complain. Just learn your lesson and move on.

Then maybe you shouldn't have had the Cocaine, then you wouldn't be subject to all the punishments you find so silly.
Even a dopehead like you is entitled to have an attorney. YOU NEED ONE. If you cannot afford one, they MUST give you a public defender.
Do what an attorney tells you to do.
