I am not getting justice even after a favourable order from high court due to the party influence with police?
Infront of my home there is a sree narayana gurumanniram.I belongs to the same community .I do beleive in sree narayana principle.This gurumanniram is under the control of a few people who belongs to the CPM. These people live on from the income comming from this gurumanniram.Poor believers are taken for a ride by this people and they indroctinate others against who question their faults . some other party leaders help them to fulfill their needs by influencing police station . Though the sound pollution is restricted by law they believe that they are above the law .I have complained to police and sent letters to IG ,district collector ,ASP and SI .No result achieved .Hence I filed a petition with the magistrate and got an order to remove the lound hailer and to put speakers.They have removed loud hailers and put speakers of the same volume .I had to go to high court and get a favourable order .Still the sound is same and police not doing any thing .Please advise right action.

This is a fit case for Contempt of court for not executing the court’s order. Just file an application in the High court against the concerned officers & departments against who the High court had given order but was not executed, rest assure the High court will take severe action against all of the& get their original order executed.
File execution application and also contempt petition against the concerned authorities including police for not following courts verdict.
