His probation ended on the 12th of june but his job said that because he was sick put a hick up n his probation. he was promissed a sign on bonus. the company extended his probation without telling him. he has a condition that has yet to be diagnosed. he is literally up every morning from 3am to 8 am throwing up and all the medicine they have given is not working. he was due to return to work on the 9th of july. he got there and his stuff was packed. then they sent him home to get a docs release but the doc could not see him right away. he gets sick again tues and goes in a little late. the company terminated him and also, never gave his bonus and said because this type of illness does not happen and he is noncholant. i need help from anyone who can give me advise please

Answer:
i would go consult a lawyer

Illegal termination? Go see a Labor Lawyer.
If he had a signed up to date contract of employment then the company could not dismiss him without notice. He should contact ACAS for arbitration if he thinks this was unfair dismissal, it may be worth while for him to speak to a solicitor, he can do that initially for free at a local Citizens Advice Bureau.
