A Canadian Landed Immigrant has a right to cancel the immigration of his wife whom he has sponsored?

If she comes and lives here for more then half a year after having immigration and visa, their marriage becomes turbulent, she decides to go back to her home country.

Does he have a right to cancel her Canadian immigration once she goes back?

Answer:
He can withdraw his support, but only the government gets to say who does and does not get to legally immigrate.
