Is in-action a weapon of mass destruction?
If we all can't be bothered to act then is this mass destruction?

Well there's a famous quote that I'm probably going to mangle: "All that's required for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing".
If we accept that mass movements can have a positive effect on the world, then surely mass inaction when faced with a huge threat can have, if not a definitively destructive result, then at least an unmarked neutrality that allows destruction to take place. So one could say that inaction could be a trigger for mass destruction, yes.

Too right! If we dont act then yes we are responsible for mass destruction. One word can change a whole story and one hand can turn a page, one thought can change a chapter and one man can change the world for the better. Its called a REVOLUTION. And Ask and ye shall receive so do i get best answer today? Hmmmm?
It could be a kind 'genocide' if by deliberately choosing not to act, when you can affect an outcome, knowing that your choice will result in the death of many.
But as a destructive weapon on the human race no, because it takes the 'others' to do a destructive act for it to have an impact.
