Legalities of showing yahoo names?
if i have someone's yahoo name on a video, not for profit, just for showing online.. is that illegal?

I'll be honest, I am not definite in this answer but I have a couple of thoughts on this matter. One is that even though this is a public domain there is a copyright on the bottom of every page, which makes me think you may not use their name. On the other hand, using a recording artist as an example, it is not legal for a musician to record another artists music because it is a copyright infringement but it is perfectly legal to perform someone else's songs live. I'm sure this has been of no help but I sure could use the ten points on my never ending quest to get to the next level and I really have help an awful lot of people on the way. Thank you.
