Support order for montana someone who works in child support help?
I have a support order for my ex boyfriend and i had a child he has never been there since day one but the order was inforced now he pays but i just recieved a letter in the mail stating i was not abiding by the order because i had no insurance for her although i do i just need to send it in i guess ut in the order IT STATES medical expenses will be divided 50/50 between the parents so i called and asked them if i need to send them bills and she told me we do not dill with medical though mind you it states in the order that they will as far as to enroll you if you dont to cover the child. I dont think the lady knows what the heck she is talkin about.. What can i do becasue i need him to pay half this is his child too and me and my husband have footed his bill way too long i know it would be easier to pay it but what does this teach men? Please let me know if you know what i should do about this for I am CLUELESS
