Whats the chances of a man winning a child custody case WITH a lawyer?

you have to prove that the child is either unsafe or in inproper care staying with her. but the chances are pretty low. sorry to say it, but a lawyer makes good money, you probably only will get part custody
honestly most people favor woman in court custodys .. because of birth mother attachments tha sorta thing but if there is abuse or there not being supported raggy clothes or mother does drugs or has no place for them basically cant take care of em period then a guy usally whens the case ...or the father is the real father of the children not someone she remarried and even so if he has better odds and showing more support you would have a fightin chance.. good luck
Slim to none. The only way in most cases that you would get custody is if the mother if REALLY unfit, meaning she has a drug/alcohol problem, or if she abuses the kid, etc
