Inernational Lawyers?

I speak Russian and Ukrainian fluently. Right now I'm studying French and Spanish. I would really like to be a Russian-American lawyer.
What do International lawyers do?
Do they travel a lot?

I would imagine they do travel allot, but with the internet you could do allot of work form you office.
