Seriously do any of you women out there feel discriminated against when your doing outdoor chores....

....in the heat of the day in the middle of summer and your male neighbors are removing their shirts to cool off but you can't because it's illegal? Whether you really want to or not don't you think you should have that right to choose? I'm not talking about morals here. I'm talking about equality under the law.

That's a funny question, even if you are being serious.

Right or wrong, a woman's breasts are a typical sexual attraction for guys. It would be silly to pretend they're not, and whip them out in public. The law merely says no lewd conduct. Society determines what's acceptable, and what's "lewd", and society's definition of lewd changes all the time.

It would be interesting to see what would happen in court if a woman got arrested for going topless along side her topless male co-workers. Any half way decent attorney should be able to have charges dropped.

As a male, do you feel discriminated against when I can wear a short skirt in the office when it's hot, but you have to wear long pants? It might be lewd if your skirt was short enough!

Well, I think the women are being discriminated against and they should organize a massive protest before winter arrives. It may need to be organized on a regional level, so I volunteer my town for a organizing rally.
Yeah, it would be nice to take off my shirt, but since you men have chosen to see breasts purely as sexual objects rather than as a food source for babies... the shirt's staying on.
sure sloan

sure sloan, I Feel If I wanted to I should be able to and I also feel that If you can do what you do then I can to,your so hot you sexy thing, lets meet up baby doll.!!!!!
Some courts have ruled that the equal protection clause entitles women to take their shirts off. Others have ruled that there is a rational basis for discrimination between the genders due to the different perceptions of female breasts.
