the law should be that they stay in side full stop. but as we are a soft nation they have to come out sometime. that time should only be when they have had the "castration cure". that way they would be showing a willingness to stop. if they refuse to have it done they stay in. judges should make it mandatory upon release. but i do agree with your view of hanging the bastards. don't cost alot for abit of rope....and it's reusable. good for the community and the environment.
