What to do about the moving company "American Movers" out of Poland, OH not paying or taking care of damages?
The moving company i used out of Poland, Ohio called "American Movers" will not file a claim for my damaged couch that they messed up during the move. Before leaving on the moving day they said they will take care of it but after calling for months he finally told me they weren't gonna file the claim that it was already there and i argued that it wasn't like we had talked about it before and he had agreed to fix it and argued some more but nothing and he said i could keep calling but he isn't going to file the claim.

You have to sue. Find your local small claims court on the internet and get it started. They may be willing to file the claim with their insurance once they know you aren't going away.
You tried doing it the right way, now it's time for court.
