Minor prescription drug distriribution in new york?
I provided someone with a trazadone, it turned out he had a slight allergic reaction to it, and went to the hospital.
He said where he got it from.
I was arrested.
And now have court to look forward to.
I am 15 and live in New York.
Whats the sentence likely to be?

Is this your 1st offense? And you gave a friend a tranquilizer in NYC? Nothing is going to happen to you. You're 15, so at worst, you'll have to see a juvenile probation officer a few times. With the backlog in NY Courts, I doubt you'll ever see the inside of a courtroom. If you have priors, I'd need more information.
Not to preach but just a comment. You are young. As you get older, you'll probably think about the consequences before you do something that would be the wrong thing to do. Prescriptions can be deadly if they are not supervised by a professional. This may get you a slap on the wrist but you need to be more careful. If you're not thinking about your friend, at least think about what could have happened to you if he or she had died. Then you WOULD be in hot water.
