Legally. How much trouble could I get in if I wrote on my soon to be exhusband's car?
You know that white paint that you can get that you write on car windows with? How much trouble could I get in if I wrote...
"I cheated on my wife and ruined my 7 year old son's family"
on the back of his car?
I booted hin on Saturday, but we are still married. After being together 14 years, we just renewed our vows in March.Just got a house in April, everything was "fine".Then I find out that since August 1st, he has been seeing this woman from his work.

you already gave him the boot.why keep stirring the pot? you should be planning for the money in the divorce..
If you are talking about the white paint that comes right off with washing with soap and water?? then no civil damages, however he can try and have you arrested for harrassement which won't look good in a custody case if he attempts to go for any type of custody of your child. I don't blame you for being angry at his betrayal, but I tell you this. Life has a way of taking care of these things all on its own. But if you must know the answer.. .Nothing major. warning if not simple fine..
You probably will not get jail time, but you will need to pay for the damages if you get caught.
Don't do it. You just don't want him to have the upper hand at anything.
Use his infidelity against him in court. And to ensure you get full custody of your sweet little boy and that new house.
I am not a member of this website so do not know if it is any good but it might help you come up with some ideas
Ohh you are a bit touchy
He will be too embarrassed to press charges, that's my guess :) I'm thinking because you are still married then the car is between you both - and if u chose to write on it, then so be it!
He should be the one in trouble for farking up his marriage, but at least make sure its easy to wash off. You aint gunna be prosecuted for expressing your rage at that kind of filth, much less because of texta graffiti.
I know that if u write on it with white board marker it is easily cleaned off.
Good luck with your vengence.
I'd want to do the same if I was in your shoes. But It's true, It could affect child custody problems for you. And possibly get fined
He could take you to small claims court for damaging his property. It would be his word against yours so hard to say how the judge would rule.
well where to start..depending on the state, you can get in trouble for trespassing if the car is on private property. if it's permanent, then there's vandalism and damages...but why would you want to do something so childish anyways? save it for court.
