If you meet in Nevada, there's no crime.
If you drive her across a state line, its arguably a federal offense -- transporting a minor across a state line for criminal purposes.
Don't know about the sex part, but taking a minor over states lines is kidnapping.
Take her across state lines and you will not only be charged for statutory rape but kidnapping- both felonies...have fun in prison.
A 17 year old is a child and should not be having sex. She should be in school and enjoying her high school years as a TEENAGER (she is not an adult in Nevada whether she is 16 or 18--she is a child no matter what state she is in) The CA male is a sick pervert for wanting to kidnap a child and have sex with children.
It is against the law to take a minor out of state with out written consent of a parent or guardian.

You are truly digging at The Pit. 18-21 years of age I like to call probationary adulthood, any age before that is childhood. Sex with minors is ILLEGAL in all of North America.
