You can not. The government are thinking about allowing people to check that a partner is not on the sex offenders register, but at present, that is not the case.

you dont, the cops know who they are, they know where they live they keep an eye on them. the last thing any parent or cop wants to happen is for a sex offender to go underground. channel 4 showed footage from operation ore a few years ago, you could bet your bollocks that the cops had them scumbags under close scrutiny. it was only for the cameras that one of the scumbags was'nt givin a severe kicking. lets the professionals do their job.
You can't. The sex offenders register is not a public document/database. It is kept for law enforcement purposes only.

Wow. I don't have an answer for you, I'm just surprised that the public can't get that info in England like we can here in the U.S. Over here, each state has its own website so you can see all them and where they live.
