If your organized religion oppresses those who do not belong to it, removing chances for affluence and causes a person who does not belong to it a violent or otherwise early death from malnutrition or lack of access to education and or what have you, is that a violent crime of oppression that initially caused the unfortunate situation to occur?

why are you limiting your question to religeon? look at society. they can already accomplish this with impunity by politically dumping programs. why did the government oppose veterens benefits for agent orange for so long and then acknowledge its effects. while politics reflects the general population of lack of knowledge and truth and general disregard for others, this will be your reality. the world can change and be changed...not by social reform; but individually. are you ready to change?

It happens to felons everyday! Most churches that I know of will actually help any person in need, even if they are not affiliated with that particular church or religion! Get off your butt and do some research!! Just walk into any church and ask them for some help. They have churches here that have helped with utilities, gas, groceries and many other things I'm not aware of. I actually donated my first home to a church for people who were homeless. Unfortunately this church tried to sell the home. If I find that reverend again I will expose him for the fraud that he is!!!
