Using the Internet, locate and print out a company's order form for one of its products. (1) Identify the web site where you located the order form. (2) Does the order form include a representation regarding the age or capacity of the person placing the order? Would it be wise to include such a term in the order form? Explain.
Answers:
I usually like people to try and do there own homework but oh well. For the representation regarding age part of the question; it would be wise to include such a term in the order form. If the person is under the age of 18, they can not legally be bound to any type of contract, essentially making it so the company wouldn't be able to legally collect money after the product has been sold. Very wise indeed.
It looks like a legal research project -- find the form -- combined with a short analysis of why age matters to online ordering.
