What does exspondged mean or how do you seal your records?

i was convcted of a felony 7 years ago and i finished a 9 month program plus a 28 day in house program n i finished my probation 6 months early the charges were thefy means transporation n trafficking stolen property ive been given my rights back but have been denied moction to reduce felony to mistermeanor my sister is now in jail and my mom has coustody of her kids through cps and im not allowed to give her a break of stay the night cause i have a fekony so i fed up with all this bullshit and in arizona if you have a felony you cant even vist any one lock up so please i need some more in put help help

You can't get a felony ex-sponged from your record! Not unless you are later proven innocent.


It means to remove from the record- not likely in your case/
If the crime happened when you were a juvenile, your record can be expunged. There are other situations where you can move to have your record expunged. If you really want to do this, you need to talk to a lawyer. Don't try to do it yourself.

Ummm...just a bit of advice. If you want to keep yourself on the straight and narrow, don't go visiting people in jail. Try to associate yourself with people who obey the law, then you'll be more likely to keep yourself clean also.
