What would you do if you accidentaly knocked down and killed a little kid on a bike while DUI?

Tell the honost truth, you'll probly say you'd report it to the police but lets face it not every one would, so what would you do with the body and stuff?

Answers:
Ya know, there's a reason that driving while intoxicated is against the law.

I tend to avoid breaking the law, so it's unlikely that I would be stupid enough to put myself in that position.

Re: "be so NAIVE! every one breaks the law at some stage of their life and you cant say 4 defo that u are never going 2 drink drive, what are you different to the rest of us or something? can you see the future? What if your wife was going into labour and you thought 'oh il be grand i just had 2cans? Point is u cant say 4 defo u wont do sumting."

"Naive"? So, you're saying "hey, everyone is going to break the law at SOME point, so it's cool." What are you going to say when it's YOUR kid that's lying dead in the road. Will it still be "cool"?

And WTF is "4 defo"?

Ya know, some day after you grow the hell up, ask this question again and see if your perspective has changed.

This question is sick.
I honestly would call 911. Anybody who wouldn't has lost a few marbles.
that is just wrong
Leave the body and hope that nothing of his bike marks are on your car- Go clean off what is on your car and hope your tire tracks arn't there and just go home and pretend it didn't happen.

*I wouldn't have the heart to do this.. I'd prolly put the kid in my car and go to the hospital and see if they could help him, and just admit that i messed up and hopefully he doen't die so it wouldn't be that bad!*
I am saying that I would report it because that is exactly what I would do.
After I got out of jail, I like to think I would be an advocate of tough laws against DUI and more vigorous enforcement. I think I wouldn't let it bother me that some would say I am a hypocrite for advocating tough laws which I myself have violated. I would wish that someone had been hypocritical enough to have stopped me from DUI regardless of how often they drink and drive.

i would probably go to jail a long time
Man, I lived in Thailand for 2yrs, and people drink and drive all the time.

I even got used to it WOULD YOU BELIEVE.

And I've even keep 10,000 (140 pounds) Thai baht in the dash, in case I ever crashed and had to pay the coppers.

Its really all about what you are used to. If you drink and drive every night.your body adapts.

I had both a motorcycle and a car too, and I'd say the car was actually more difficult to drive - as there was more of it to consider.

But then.it was very easy to go too fast on the bike too.

I say drink and be merry, and those people on foot should bloody well watch where they are going!
