report it to (looked like they use a yahoo address) and mark it as spam, and you might try turning it over to your states Attorney General. Nice shot at ripping you or your identity off
I wish I knew the answer. I get dozens of them every day/
they are all scams to get your money or information. erase them immediately
You can't. You can report the email to yahoo and they might shutdown the address used, which will leave the spammers with only 20 billion or so others to choose from.
