What does this exactly mean...? "motion for specific performance"?

in law terms!!

Answers:
A motion for specific performance in a criminal case 'usually' means that the either the defendant or the State did not fulfill a certain part of a plea bargain agreement and the case is being brought back before the court as a result of it.

uuummmm idk
They are requiring you to perform a particular act, sell a property or whatever, and aren't just suing for money.
It means that you want someone to do something specific, like clean up a piece of property, or move their boat and RV to a different location, etc.
Specific performance normally means requiring the party to do what they agreed to do in a contract -- to perform according to what the specific terms of the contract required.

I've never seen the term used in a criminal context -- though theoretically it could refer to someone being required to perform some mandatory court-ordered program, such as drug counseling.
