look up the case on the internet by looking up your records.
You're going to have to wait. You can contact the investigating officers if you want. I would be careful about that if you have hired an attorney though because if you initiate contact you may be opening yourself up. Either way if you killed someone in a car crash after drinking you probably should find an attorney and talk to them.
I don't know the answer. Just wanted to say I am sorry this has happened to you.
try to contact the district attorney or investigating officer for information.
You my friend, are in deep kimshy. Obviously there was probable cause to warrant them taking your blood to test for alcohol.
If your blood registers impairment, you will be labeled a DUI and receive the punishment you've earned. To be cited for an accident with blood alcohol levels in illegal ranges, and to kill someone to boot, you can expect prison time.
I have no sympathy for you whatsoever. I've known several people in my life that have experienced severe tragedy caused by someone driving while impaired by alcohol.
If you had blood drawn, it was probably to determine if you were drunk at the time. I believe the legal blood alcohol percentage for intoxication is 0.08% in Ohio. If somebody was injured fatally, you may be at risk of being charged for vehicular homicide. You may be wise to hire a criminal defense attorney. Do not contact the investigating officer. Let your attorney do that for you.
In many states, civil docket information is listed on the internet. However, in most cases criminal cases are not. They are definitely not if no charges have been filed.
As others have mentioned, you can try contacting the investigating officers or the DA, but I wouldn't do it without a lawyer. Docket information may be found online, but it isn't going to indicate anything about the results of the blood test or if they are going to arrest you or such.
Bubba's waiting...get an attorney and start praying for forgiveness both for drinking and the accident/taking a life. Learn from this mistake and stop drinking. Good luck!
