I need some advise on what can/cant be posted on company webpage?

Here is a scenario.

EG :EFG company lost a Bid for a very huge Project to ABC Company.

My Web designer posted the results in a comical approach. "A picture of a Horses Race!"

The leading horses was named ABC company and and losing horse was named EFG company.

I pretty worried that EFG company would lodge a sue/complaint against us!

Am i violating any legal issues here!

i dont think that there is a problem with that unless u are committing slander, so if its just a pick wit ur company in the lead that should be fine but havening their horse breaking its leg and falling u might a problem

and the worst thing that i can see happening is a cease and disist letter
