Wondering about the legal details of living on your own...?
Im 15 i turn 16 in November. I was wondering how you go about independent living and all that. How do you do it through the courts, what are the details. Do you have to hire a lawyer? i could probably find someone to take responsibility for the lease but i need to know the legal details, thanks .

I will not do the research for you. But the term you need to look into is emancipated minor. It is when a minor through the courts becomes their own guardian.
No matter how you go about this the court is Not going to rule in favor of you living on your own at 15 or 16.
