Does any1 know the status of the case of Marc Emery?

The US of Bush needs to stay the flock out of Canada . Marc Emery is NOT a dealer. He is a scapegoat: period. He should NOT be extradited to US. Your thoughts?

It depends on what you decide the definition of dealer is. He has admitted to selling millions of marijuana seeds, more than anyone in the world and stated that about 70,000 of those customers were US citizens. So apparently he is contributing to the growing of marijuana. How is he a scapegoat?
