SHould be responsible 4 hiring people with fake social security numbers and fake Ids? And fake drivers license? Do you think Employers like that are criminal? Or breaking the LAW?

Yes, its way too easy to just run a check on the social before you hire someone.
It depends, they should have to verify the SS# and the ID before hiring, if the SS and ID come back as being valid then they should not be punished, however if they do not check then yes, they should be prosecuted.
