What is a best way to resign a job?
I'e been working this grocery store for 3 weeks and I would like to put my two weeks notice. However, the manager told me to write a statement that says that you would like to resign. I don't want stay there for two more weeks. I just want to quit by today, what should I put in my statement? I dont know what to write.

Not giving the standard two week notice is burning a bridge and that is not advisable. Now the company may just cut you lose today, but will pay you for the next two weeks. Do the right thing, you will be glad you did.
Be prepared to be walk out of the door immediately, but give the employer four weeks of notice. Remember you might need to use your supervisor as a reference, so be professional.
You're always better off putting in your two weeks' notice and leaving the door open in case you ever want or need to come back. Then not only are you doing the responsible thing, you are also not leaving someone else short-handed, ensuring that the rest of the staff doesn't have to pick up the slack when they should be home with their kids.
In your letter write, two weeks notice tendered and date it. Then ask your boss -- not in writing -- if you can take off before two weeks because you've got another opportunity, or whatever the deal is.
If you DON'T have a better opportunity, stay the extra two weeks. It's only an extra paycheck.
