Answers:
thats against the law to kick ur child out and since your a minor you still considered a "child", so report that to the police, in the mean time i would go live with a friend.

Go to the United States Job Corp.
I would say you should go to your Dads house...or if not how about Grandmas? Are you following your mother's rules and being civil? Good Luck
If you can't live with a friend or something. I know of some people who would honestly just meet me and allow me to live with them. There are some pretty charitable people out there but I think we're always afraid we're going to bump into the assholes. you can always go to a nearby shelter. go to a homeless shelter in whatever city you live in. Go toward a city.
if need be, you could also take off to a different country. don't let anyone shape you but yourself. I know many a successful or happy runaways and kicked-outs.
