If my son is 16 and his girlfriend is 13 . not that they have but i'm just wandering if they do what could happen if they have sex? could my son go to jail? see the problem is theve been together nine months, when he's 17 she'll be 14 , when he's 18 she'll be 15

Here's the laws but I think right now he's OK when he turns 18 there could be a problem.

There are too many laws to list every specific one individually on different web sites, But she will be 15 when your son is 18 so she will be at the age of consent, There is also a 2 year window to work with, in other words if your son is 18 and she is 15 wait until she turns 16 The months come into play is he 36 months older or 26 months older. The courts aren't as evil as you might think and the girls parents would really have to press the issue to get this problem any attention.
