Wouldn't it make sense, then, that if the Bush administration hasn't done anything wrong, they wouldn't be so worried about their people testifying before Congress when a subpoena is issued?

Makes sense on the surface. Of course I feel that puplic officials should not be shielded from testimon that concerns thier jobs.

It doesn't matter whether I do something wrong or not it is an invasion of my privacy. Very dangerous as what would normally not considered anything wrong can be construed as an enemy of the state because they don't agree with fearless leader. This smacks of Fascism. Big Brother is watching.
