Katrina Victims rental assistance?

My question is this: I have someone that is getting rental assistance from CLC for Katrina. This person wants to rent 2 bedrooms and one bathroom from me for a specified amount of rent. I live in the house also, will this be legal or does this person have to have their own domicile?

Answers:
What happens when we finally wise up and cut off free rent for these folks? If I were you, I would not do it. You are going to get hosed wheen their free rent gets cut off.
